These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zinglyt (the "Service"), including the mobile applications, the web application at app.zinglyt.com, and related websites. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority (typically 18) and legally permitted to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You affirm that you are single or otherwise permitted to form new personal relationships consistent with any obligations you may have.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining account security and restricting device access.
• You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy or safety reasons.

3. Acceptable Use

• No harassment, hate, threats, exploitation, impersonation, doxxing, or illegal activity.
• No automated scraping, bulk messaging, reverse engineering, or unauthorized data collection.
• Respect other users' boundaries; consent is required for moving conversations off‑platform.
• Report safety concerns via in‑app tools or email support.

4. Content & License

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free, sublicensable license to host, process, adapt, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent you have rights to the content you upload.

5. Virtual / Premium Features

Optional paid features (if any) are final except where consumer protection laws require refunds. Pricing and feature scope may change with notice.

6. Safety & Discretion

Zinglyt seeks to reduce risk through mutual context and accountability, but we cannot eliminate all risk. Exercise normal precautions when meeting others. We are not responsible for user actions offline.

7. Enforcement

We may investigate and take action (including warnings, feature limits, suspension, termination) for violations. We may but are not obligated to monitor content.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee matches, compatibility, or outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted, Zinglyt and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, reputation, profits, or security breaches not caused by our negligence. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of fees paid (if any) in the past 12 months or USD $50.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zinglet from claims arising out of (a) your content, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your interaction with other users.

11. Term & Termination

You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or operational reasons. Sections intended to survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity) shall survive.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in‑app or via email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

Applicable law depends on your region; absent mandatory local law, governing law will be the jurisdiction of our principal operating entity (to be specified in future published corporate details).
